There has been a material revolution in the deck building industry over the last 10 years. The materials listed below are the more common materials available. New and different materials come on the market all the time, however, and we pride ourselves in the ability to work with any and all available materials.

Whichever type of decking you choose, all framing material is pressure treated pine. We use only # 1 grade material when available, which provides higher strength ratings and load capacity. Pressure treated pine is the most economical material available, and requires yearly or semi-yearly care and maintenance. When using it for decking, we use only:

#1 Wax coated and water-treated pressure treated lumber and GreatDeck pressure treated lumber(upgraded, much more finished treated material)
